Coherence Associates Inc.

Ten years ago, in January 2012, Coherence Associates Inc. opened its doors in Encinitas, CA. Our CEO and founder, Sara Gilman, LMFT, had been a private practice therapist for almost thirty years. After some collaborative consultations with those close to her, it was decided that it was time for her to move beyond a solo practice, and to build something that would be have a broader reach.

Through finding and hiring like minded individuals, exceptional clinicians, and incredibly motivated interns, Coherence Associates Inc. has grown from a single therapist with part time administrative support, to five clinicians, and support staff, that allows us to keep growing and helping others. We have grown to have three offices in our main Encinitas location.

With our expanding work with first responders, veterans, and multiple non-profit groups, we have decided it is time to launch Coherence Associates Inc.’s second location, in Escondido, CA. on April 1, 2016.

Our Encinitas location has served the communities of coastal North County San Diego for four years now, with regular clients ranging from as far south as La Jolla, and as far inland as Carmel Valley and San Marcos. Our new Escondido location will allow us to reach clients along the I-15 corridor ranging from San Diego up to Temecula.

We want to say a thank you to all of the clients, friends, family members, staff, and colleagues, who have made this growth and expansion possible. Your trust in us, and your ongoing referrals, is the greatest compliment we can ever receive. We continue to strive for clinical excellence with professional ethics, delivered through compassionate hearts. We look forward to our continued collaborations with all of you!

Thank you again,
THE COHERENCE TEAM!
